The application was deemed complete on <br />December 19, 2018. <br /> <br />MR-431 seeks to update the permit application packet (PAP) with plugging and abandonment <br />reports and completion reports for work completed in 2018. The applicant is not proposing <br />additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO <br />81230 and at the Division’s Denver office.
