Figure 1 details the <br /> planned location for the power poles and line. <br /> Modifications to the Approved Mine Plan: <br /> CC&V proposes to install a three phase line owned by Black Hills Energy from the existing Ironclad <br /> distribution line to the warehouses described above.Pending approval,the 45 foot tall poles will be <br /> installed to suspend the approximately 2,315 foot long power line.Poles crossing or adjacent to haul <br /> roads will provide a minimum of sixty foot overhead clearance for haul truck traffic. The proposed <br /> powerline will stay entirely on site and parallels existing roads,pits, and overburden stockpiles. <br />
