Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three (3) copies of <br />minor revision 194 (MR -194) to Permit No. C-1981-019. <br />MR -194 updates Map 1 and Exhibit 1 with revised surface ownership adjacent to the <br />permit boundary. <br />Also included in this minor revision are a revision application and a change of index <br />sheet to ease incorporation of this revision into the permit document.
