" <br />Response: After consulting with Mark Ragsdale, Lead Water Commissioner, District 60 <br />of the Colorado Division of Water Resources (CDWR), New Horizon has revised the <br />design of SPI to comply with CDWR Non -Jurisdictional Water Impoundment Structure <br />criteria. Additionally, a Non -Jurisdictional Water Impoundment Structure notice will be <br />submitted to CDWR as required per Section 37-87-125, C.R.S. <br />Also included with this adequacy response package are materials revised in response to your <br />comments and a change of index sheet to ease incorporation of this material into the permit <br />document.
