Notice of the proposed decision <br />was published in the Delta County Independent on September 5, 2018, initiating the thirty (30) day public <br />comment period for the Division's decision. An objection to the proposed decision and a request for a formal <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) was received on September 28, 2018. The formal <br />hearing took place on October 24, 2018. At the hearing the Board upheld the Division's proposed decision to <br />approve PR -15.
