Our letter was <br /> intended only to make all parties aware of the interest that HPR has in the vicinity of the <br /> proposed pit so that any potential conflict between the activities can be resolved. Subsequent <br /> to submitting our letter, Weld County contact HPR and stated that their proposed operations <br /> will not conflict with our existing or proposed oil and gas infrastructure.
