The <br /> Munger Canyon Mine project is located in Garfield County, approximately eighteen (18) miles <br /> north of Loma, Colorado. The SL-3 application was received by DRMS, and deemed complete <br /> in April 2018. CC notified the public, all interested parties, and all interested government <br /> agencies. A bond release inspection was conducted on May 10, 2018 by CDRMS, and the Office <br /> of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement. <br /> GJFO has reviewed the bond release application No. 3 for the Munger Canyon Mine project and <br /> concurs with the CDRMS decision to fully release bonding related to reclamation of the 36.11 <br /> acres. This will reduce the current liability to $0.00 (zero).
