I am following up on this correspondence regarding the Succession of Operator applications and surety riders I submitted
for former Lafarge West, Inc sites earlier this summer.
Please see the attached cover letter, letter from our Regional Counsel and supporting documents explaining the relationship
of Lafarge West, Inc,Aggregate Industries Management, Inc and Aggregate Industries WCR, Inc.

Good Morning Christine,
The Division has received your correspondence explaining the name change and merger from Lafarge West, Inc converted
to Lafarge West,LLC merged into Aggregates Industries Management,lnc.
In regards to your 5 permits under Lafarge West,lnc, this is an entity name change, resulting in a permitee operator name
change and therefore, according to Construction Materials Rule 1, all five(5) Lafarge West,lnc permits require the Request
for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operator Application and all new supporting permit documents in the new
operator name. Additionally,Aggregate Industries Management, Inc.is required to be registered with the Colorado
Secretary of State to do business in Colorado. Trade name registration is acceptable. Your corporation formation in
Delaware is considered a foreign corporation in Colorado.
To change your permit names, please submit your five completed 'Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of
Operators Application Packet' with the application fee of$144.00 and all supporting permit documents to the Division, 1313
Sherman Street Room 215, Denver, CO 80203. You have provided a Corporate Surety Rider to change each of the five
bonds principal name. An updated Financial Warranty Corporate Surety will be sent to you to accompany each rider upon
receipt of your completed applications and Aggregates Industries Management, Inc. business registration with the Colorado
Secretary of State.
