1. This application is for a new 112 permit. There will be periods when this pit will
be idle since Las Animas County's and/or it's contractors' processing equipment
are used/moved throughout the County to various pits dependent upon the County
road segments that need road base material, but this pit will remain active during
these idle periods and therefore we're requesting it be issued an "intermittent"
status.
