Tri-State is the parent company of ERMR. The New Horizon Mine operates <br />under the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) Permit No. C-1981-008. <br />Technical Revision No. 84 (TR -84) addresses the postmining topography, backfill and <br />grading plan and tailwater ditch design on ERMR property and movement of Bench 1 <br />overburden to the previously approved Slash M, LLC (Morgan) Adjacent Support Facility. <br />Also enclosed please find a revision application and a change of index sheet to ease <br />incorporation of these materials in to the permit.
