This seeks to add to the mine's existing permit
area about 1,520 acres of roadless National Forest land and federal minerals and about 1,100 acres of private surface
and fee coal.
This is wrong for the environment, wrong for the economy, wrong for air quality, greenhouse gasses and proximity to
existing wilderness. Colorado has so much more to offer than dirty coal, a 19th century solution to 21 st century needs.
Thank you,
Paul
IL......
