As the hydrology report has not yet been submitted with the Water Court Application for <br /> obtaining a water right for the exposed water at the Highway 50 Borrow Area No. 2 Pit. Once it is <br /> submitted the public will have the ability to give comment to the water court referee. <br /> s <br /> To that end, one of the parcels that is included at the property(divide into three separate parcels) <br /> is listed ash/ohn Whiting(deceased). Therefore, we are waiting for the currently owners (Rod and Donna <br /> Whiting) represented by a realtor to update and/or adjust the parcel to correctly identify the parcel as the <br /> current owners.
