Actions taken to respond to diversion of charged header lines within the defined 500' north and <br /> south boundaries of the sloughed area: <br /> • On Thursday,April 26,CC&V drained process solution from the 9850' header west of the <br /> liner investigation area; <br /> • Process solution was drained away from the investigation area on the 9750' level; <br /> • On the afternoon of April 27,after ensuring the pipe was completely drained,personnel <br /> removed the bolts from four 250' sections and removed the pipe to help facilitate Ames <br /> Construction activities in the slough area; <br /> • 1000' feet of pipe was removed from the area; <br /> • The closure of this section of pipe created an effective diversion of process solution to the <br /> east and away from the slough area; and <br /> • Work was completed on Saturday,April 28 h. <br /> b. Any known or adverse impacts to human health,property or the environment <br /> No impacts to human health or the environment have been observed or are expected to occur as this area <br /> has not been exposed to process chemicals and no solution has reported to the Squaw Gulch leak <br /> detection system. <br /> 1 <br />
