C-1981-014 for the Southfield Mine <br />should not be suspended or revoked (Order). Following the issuance of this Order, the Board <br />shall provide an opportunity for a public hearing pursuant to 5.03.5. Per 5.03.3(3), if within 30 <br />days after service of this Order EFCI files a response to the Order and a written request for <br />review of the Order, a hearing shall be held as set forth in 5.03.5. If EFCI does not file a <br />response and request a review, the Board shall make a finding of fact and issue a written <br />decision, and the reasons therefor, concerning suspension or revocation of the permit. <br />If a formal request for review of the Order by EFCI is requested, a formal hearing shall be held <br />within 60 days after the Board's receipt of the request. EFCI and any interested person shall be <br />given at least 30 days written notice of the date, time, and place of the hearing.
