The <br /> objection letter was forwarded to the applicant for their consideration. <br /> The Division considers your letter a formal objection to the Derr Pit 112 Construction Materials <br /> Amendment Application. Attached is a citizen guide that explains the 112-objection process. The guide <br /> may also be found on the Division's web page at http://mining.state.co.us. <br /> Please note that your objection based on potential fugitive dust emissions is outside the jurisdiction of <br /> the Mined Land Reclamation Board as stated in the included Citizen's Guide. If you wish to withdraw <br /> your objection, you may do so in writing at any time prior to the date that the application will be <br /> scheduled before the Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB).
