Therefore,we are unable to comment on the <br /> proposed project's effects on historic properties. <br /> We remind the Division of Reclamation,Miming and Safety that under CRS 24-80.1-104 2a the agency initiating the action shall identify <br /> such properties located within the area of the proposed action, not#y the society of the proposed action, request a determination of effect on such properties, and <br /> afford the society a period of thiry days in which to review the proposed action. Notification shall include suiNcient and relevant <br /> information needed to make a determination of effect <br /> Should human remains be discovered during mining activities, the requirements under State law C.R.S. 24-80 (part 13) apply <br /> and must be followed. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
