Box 187 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Permit Issuance <br /> Permit Renewal Application No. 7 (RN-7) <br /> Trapper Mine (Permit No. C-1981-010) <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Luke: <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision to approve Permit Renewal <br />No. 7 at the Trapper Mine became final on January 9, 2018. Notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Craig Daily Press on December 8, 2017, initiating the thirty (30) day public <br />comment period for the Division's decision. No requests for a formal hearing were received during <br />the comment period. <br /> <br />Enclosed you will find two signed Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Mining <br />Permit documents. An authorized representative of Trapper Mining, Inc. needs to sign both <br />documents and have them notarized. One must be returned to the Division at the above address; the <br />other must be kept on file at the mine office. <br /> <br />Please be aware that issuance of the permit renewal will initiate time frames of any enclosed <br />stipulations to the permit. Stipulations are enclosed in a rider to the permit, if any were imposed <br />upon the permit. All other enclosed commitments are also in effect as of the permit issuance. <br />
