<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 5, 2018, a minor revision application (MR-107) to <br />the New Horizon Mine, Permit No. C-1981-008, operated by Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC, <br />PO Box 33695, Denver, CO 80233-0695 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. MR-107 is <br />updating the Air Pollution Control Plan with the most recent APCD air permit. The applicant is not <br />proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance.
