The response to Adequacy Item # 2 is not adequate. <br />Response: Please find attached proof of notice to the surface owner of record (USDA), mineral rights <br />owners of record (Michaele Pehlman and Patricia Yerkey) and the surface owners(s) of <br />record located within 200 feet south of the proposed Amazonite #1 permit boundary. <br />Please find attached proof of notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights of <br />the affected land and the owners of record of all land surface within 200 feet of the <br />boundary of the affected land; this includes all easement holders located on the affected <br />land and within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
