The Operator seeks <br /> to open up active mine areas according to the attached Exhibit F.2 Phase 3 Phasing Map for Future <br /> Permitting and Reclamation. <br /> The total new area to be opened for mining is 4.7 acres and is shown as parcel numbers 12, 13, 14, <br /> 17 and 23 on the attached Exhibit F.2 Phase 3 Phasing Map for Future Permitting and Reclamation. <br /> The permit acreage (62.4 acres) is not increasing by opening active mining areas. <br /> According to the current permit documents referenced above, the total cost per acre for reclamation <br /> is $1,923.00 (Exhibit L Reclamation Costs).
