Ms. Amy Eschberger <br /> Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br /> Denver, CO 80203 <br /> Ms. Eschberger, <br /> I live in the Southwest Highway 115 area and I object to <br /> Transit Mix Concrete Company' s (TM's) application M2017- <br /> 0,49 to establish a quarry on Hitch Rack Ranch. <br /> The application jeopardizes the water resources of local <br /> residents, fails to protect the wildlife habitat which are being <br /> slaughtered daily due to traffic/truck overload on HWY 115, <br /> and violates the easement rights of property owners along <br /> Little Turkey Creek Road.
