The following item is incomplete for the application to be processed: <br />1. Financial Warranty in the amount of $33,279.00 not provided as required with the selection of <br />Designation of Review Timeline, Option 2. Financial Warranty forms available at <br />http://mining.state.co.us <br />Please return the required Financial Warranty to the Division before December 18, 2017 to complete the application <br />for approval. All completed permit documents are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for <br />Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operators Application. An incomplete application will be denied after <br />the 60 day submittal request, if requested documents or information are not received.
