And <br /> yes it involves a quarry truck. Permitting the additional heavy truck <br /> traffic is irresponsible. <br /> There are other concerns, water, right of way, and respect for private <br /> property rights are also at issue. <br /> We do not oppose quarries, we oppose this quarry, as we already have <br /> 3 operational quarries on our HI way 115. All three of these quarries <br /> are currently operating under. capacity. There is no need to grant a 4th <br /> quarry when these three are not even close to capacity. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> William N. Baker <br />
