This preliminary report if agreed upon by all agencies would allow Colowyo to <br />recommence construction of the Collom Haul Road within the 100' buffer zone established for site BK -1-072617. That <br />being said, Tetra Tech has finished the excavation work and data collection on the ground. I have attached the <br />preliminary report for your review. <br />As stated in the report, the field portion of the HPTP for this site has been completed and all data potential at the site <br />has been exhausted. We would like to begin construction in that area again, but we will not recommence ground <br />operations until approval has been granted from the Division. <br />I would appreciate a timely review as operations would like to restart working in that area next week.
