Documentation supporting
the proposed updates is provided in the attachments.
Background
During the adequacy review period of Amendment 11 to Permit No. M-1980-244, DRMS requested
CC&V provide a more detailed reclamation plan for the AGVLF. DRMS expressed concern that the long
slope on the south and west of the AGVLF provided in the final reclamation design for AGVLF could be
prone to erosion. DRMS requested that CC&V re-contour the south and west facing slopes of the AGVLF
to minimize the potential for erosion. This TR addresses the concerns raised by DRMS in its comments
and provides a detailed reclamation plan for the AGVLF.
