Everist, Incorporated (Permittee/Operator) respectfully withdrawals our Full Release Request of <br /> the permit and warranty covering the Star Water Resource, M-1977-522. The cover letter of the Full <br /> Release Request was dated June, 29, 2017. <br /> Under separate cover, we will be filing a Partial Release request, which will not include the post-1981 <br /> 2.2 acres of exposed ground water in the East Lake. By keeping the 2.2 acres in the permit, we will <br /> continue to fulfill the water replacement requirements associated with 2.2 acres of exposed ground <br /> water through our Substitute Water Supply Plan. <br /> Please accept our formal withdrawal of the Full Release Request of the Star Water Resource.
