Enclosed is the Division's decision form and written findings. The proposed
decision will be published in the The Daily Sentinel, as soon as possible. Publication of the
notice initiates a thirty-day public comment period. If there are no requests for an adjudicatory
hearing within the thirty days, the decision will become final.

This Phase III bond release approves the release of 4.0 acres of reclaimed land on the west side
of the Colorado River. These 4.0 acres have been approved for an industrial/commercial post
mining land use. These areas will be part of a shooting range complex jointly operated by the
Town of Palisade and the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. As provided by Rule 3.03.2(6), should
you object to the Division's proposed decision, you may request an adjudicatory hearing.

If you have questions or are in need of additional information, please contact me.
