Please provide copies of letters and proof of mailings to <br /> the land and structure owners to accompany your request for an extension by June 7, 2017. You may <br /> submit these copies by email to Peter.Hays@state.co.us. <br /> The completed and required documentation is to be submitted to the Division before July 26, 2017 to <br /> complete the application for approval. All completed permit documents are required to be submitted for <br /> consideration of your Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operators Application. An <br /> incomplete application will be denied after the 60 day submittal request, if requested documents or <br /> information are not received.
