This list has not been updated to include the changes associated with recent bond <br />releases and revisions to the permit. Please update this list and Map 2.05.3(3)-1 Surface <br />Water Hydrology so they are consistent with each other. <br />Response: Map 2.05.3(3)-1 has been updated to show ditches and culverts as temporary or <br />permanent structures and to remove culverts no longer within the permit boundary as a result <br />of Phase III bond release. Page 3 of Section 2.05.3(3) has been updated to reference Map <br />2.05.3(3)-1, which has been updated to show ditches and culverts as temporary or permanent. <br />Also included with this adequacy response package are materials revised in response to your <br />adequacy comments and a change of index sheet to ease incorporation of this material into the <br />permit document.
