We <br /> understand that a Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety permit renewal is required for the slurry <br /> wall's recent repair. <br /> It is our understanding that the slurry wall construction/repair has had no negative effect on our utility or <br /> any significant, valuable and permanent manmade structure located within two hundred (200) feet of the <br /> permit boundary.
