Foidel Creek Mine (Permit No. C-1982-056), "Technical Revision No. 87 (1R-87) 'Iluckener Underflow <br />Borehole and Pipeline (I IC #67400) <br />Dear NIs. Lvnch: <br />This letter is in response to additional information our office received via e-mail on Mav 9, 2017 regarding, the <br />area of potential effect (API:) for the above referenced undertaking. <br />After review- of the additional information provided, we believe a finding of no historic properties affected is <br />appropriate for this undertaking pursuant to 36 CFR 800.4(d)(1) due to the disturbed nature of the API;. <br />Should unidentified archaeological resources be discovered in the course of the project, work must be <br />interrupted until the resources have been evaluated in terms of the National Register eligibility criteria (3(i <br />CFR 60.4) in consultation with our office pursuant to 36 CFR 800.13. Also, should the consulted -upon <br />scope of the work change please contact our office for continued consultation under 36 CFR 800. <br />We request being involved in the consultation process with the local government, which as stipulated in 36 <br />CT'R 800.3 is required to be notified of the undertaking, and with other consulting parties. Additional <br />niformation provided by the local government or consulting parties might cause our office to re-evaluate our <br />cligribilm and potential effect linciings. Please note that our compliance letter does not end the iii -day rL-view <br />prriod pro\ ided to other consulting parties. <br />Thank } ou for the opportunity to comment.
