Reilley: <br />Thank you for your recent correspondence dated April 18, 2017 (received by our office on April 20, 2017) <br />rel;arding the subject undertaking. <br />As the abuse referenced permit revision does propose additional surface disturbance, it is our opinion that :t <br />Finding of no historic properties affected is appropriate for the proposed undertaking pursuant to 36 CHR <br />The consultation process does involve other consulting parties such as local governments and "I'ribes, which as <br />stipulated in 36 CFR 800.3 are required to be notified of the undertaking. Additional information provided by <br />the local government, Tribes or other consulting parties may cause our office to re-evaluate our comments and <br />recommendations. <br />If previously unidentified archaeological resources are discovered in the course of the project, work must be <br />interrupted until the resources are properly evaluated in terms of the National Register of Historic places <br />clWbilit.\ criteria (36 CFR 60.1) in consultation with our office. ---IMMMMM� <br />Thank you for the opportunity- to comment.
