Also enclosed is a copy of a newspaper public notice for the Northwest Colorado Daily <br />Press, a copy of our current liability insurance policy, and a renewal application form. The current permit <br />term for C-1981-010 expires on December 31, 2017. This permit renewal does not propose any changes to <br />our current permit boundary. <br />Permit materials updated and revised included in this application are as follows: <br />Permit Table of Contents page ii -1 is revised to reflect a new permit number for Figure 1.2-1 (formerly 1.2- <br />1A). <br />Permit pages 1-1, 1-2, 1-8 and 3-2 are revised to update life of mine and permit term references. <br />Permit pages 1-5 to 1-7 and 1-7a to 1-7c are revised to update Officers, Directors and Members of Trapper <br />Mine and Trapper Mine owners. Begin dates for officers are included in these tables, whereas end dates are <br />not. Therefore, end dates for officers that are no longer serving on respective boards are as follows. Trapper <br />board: James M. Mattern (2017), Les Presmyk (2017) and Steve Larsen (2015). Salt River Project board: <br />Stephanie K. Reed (2017), Fred J. Ash (2016), Arthur Freeman (2016) and Carolyn Pendergast (2015). <br />Platte River Board: Bill Pinkham (2016). Tri-State G&T Board: Joseph Herrera (2016), Virginia Mondragon <br />(2016) and Arthur Rodarte (2016). Pacificorp Board: Bruce N. Williams (2017), Douglas K. Stuver (2015), <br />R. Patrick Reiten (2016), A. Richard Walje (2016), Tanya S. Sacks (2016), Douglas L. Anderson (2017) and <br />Andrea Kelly (2016). <br />Permit page 1-9 (Table 1.2-1) is revised to update permits and licenses necessary for surface mining and <br />reclamation operations. Page 1-10 did not require update. <br />Permit pages 141 and 1-12 are revised to update permits and licenses for affiliate coal operations. <br />Permit pages 1-15 and 1-15a are revised to update the list of surface owners within and contiguous to the <br />Trapper Mine permit area. Map M-1 is revised to update this same information. <br />Permit pages 1-25c and 1-26 are revised to update the list of subsurface owners within and contiguous to the <br />Trapper Mine permit area.
