The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on March 7, 2017. Trapper is proposing to <br />release 175.3 acres of land reclaimed from 2014 through 2016 from Phase 1 bond liability as <br />outlined on Map1. <br /> <br />The surface ownership is State and private. Mining occurred in Federal and State owned coal. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
