The Inspection Contact phone number on page 3 is corrected. Please contact Mr. Mike <br /> Krauth at 719-371-1678. <br /> 6.4.3 Exhibit C—Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br /> 2. The View Shed Buffer Area will not be mined, remaining as undisturbed native ground during <br /> the life of the mine. The Proposed Affected Mine Boundary is adjusted on Exhibit C-1. <br /> 3. The water features mentioned in Exhibit D are presented on Exhibit C-2 as requested. <br /> 4. No structures are proposed except the portable sanitation closet. Fences on the property <br /> boundaries and within 200 feet of the Affected Area Boundary belong to KrauthCo. The <br /> fences are depicted on Exhibit C-1 and C-2. <br /> 6.4.4. Exhibit D--Mining Plan <br /> 5. The operator is NOT requesting Intermittent Status.
