Specifically,the letter mentions that Climax is to provide a review of <br /> the current approved groundwater monitoring plan and available site groundwater monitoring data <br /> against the Interim Narrative Standard requirements. <br /> Section 5.1 of the Climax Water Quality Monitoring Plan(WQMP), approved by DRMS in <br /> December 2011 as part of TR-18,provides the specific methodology for compliance with DRMS <br /> Hard Rock Metal Mining Rule 3.1.7(2)(c) and the Interim Narrative Statewide Standard(CBSG <br /> Section 41.5(C)(6)(b)(i)).
