TR -69 is proposing repairs to an old mining airshaft that will be taking place next to a buried Ute Water <br />waterline. The waterline in question is on the Fontanari property, northwest of the Rapid Creek Water Treatment Plant <br />east of Palisade, CO. <br />The Roadside Mine is an inactive mine but some repair work is necessary.
