Replacement of the conditioning tank with the simple process
slurry delivery line significantly reduces spill potential by markedly improving the
flow through this area of the process and drastically reducing the chance for any
upset conditions. The simple process slurry delivery line will have a lime injection
port constructed as an in-line system therefore no holding tank or mixing container
will exist.
Comment 2:As required by the Corrective Actions of Violation MV-2016-035,please
specify how the TR-81 addresses enhancements to the capacity of the primary
containment.
