(b) all drawings have been stamped by a registered surveyor <br />b. (d) the area which corresponds with the application has been clarified <br />c. (e) the drawings have been included in D size, which is an accurate scale of I inch equals 150 feet in accordance with <br />the mining rules. <br />d. Revised Exhibit C Pre Mining and Mining Plan, and Exhibit F are attached. <br />2) Rule 6.4.1 Exhibit A legal description <br />a. (1) additional information added to the legal description <br />b. (2) Main entrance to the mine site included with 5 decimal latitude longitude on a USGS map. <br />c. Revised Exhibit A attached <br />3) Rule 6.4,2 Exhibit B <br />4) Rule 6.4.3 Exhibit C Pre mining map an Mining Plan Map <br />a. (b) all items are on the map and more visible in D size. (d) total area clarified, we are proposing the mine line to match the permit boundary on the north and south of the <br />property. The north line is proposed to match the mine line due to elevation above the river and well above the flood <br />plain. The south line is proposed to match the mine line as the proposed future road right of way will be below the <br />existing grade by 25 feet minimum. <br />d. (e) vegetation clarified to be rotating crops <br />e. (g) structures within 200 feet of mine line are clarified and labelled <br />f. Revised Pre Mining and Mining plan map attached <br />5) Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit E reclamation ,plan <br />a. (2) (t} (iii) reclamation plan noted that fertilization is not planned as part of post mining crop land activities <br />6) Rule 6.4.6 Exhibit F reclamation plan map <br />a.
