Everist, Inc. respectfully submits photographic proof of property markers on the amendment <br /> property to complete requirements detailed in your pre-op Inspection Report for Carbon Valley <br /> Resource (M-2001-017), dated August-03-2016. <br /> Attached are photographs of the property markers placed as required along property boundaries <br /> on the amendment property of Carbon Valley Resource. Markers have been placed as required <br /> along the south border of the permit property - along the north side of the Last Chance Ditch. <br /> Markers have also been placed around the south and east sides of the Otto Brooks property <br /> which is located in the northwest corner of the amendment property. All photographs have been <br /> captioned for better reference to field locations. <br /> L.G. Everist representatives have been in contact with the people at the Otto Brooks property. <br /> Any personal items of theirs which are located on L.G. Everist property will be moved prior to <br /> L.G. Everist conducting mining operations in the vicinity. The items will most likely be moved <br /> this winter. Property markers will be replaced as necessary. <br /> The other item to address in your Inspection report was Weed Control.
