(Tri-State) has received Mr. <br />Jared Ebert's adequacy review letter for TR -75, dated September 26, 2016, and provides the <br />following responses to your comments on behalf of the Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, New <br />Horizon Mine. <br />The Post -mine Vegetation Types for Entire Permit Area, Table 2.05.4(2)(e)-1 has been <br />removed from the revegetation section of the permit and the text has been revised to direct <br />the reader to Map 2.05.4-5 to observe the Post -mine Land Use areas. After comparing the <br />acreages listed on the currently approved Table 2.05.4(2)(e)-1 to the acreage depicted on <br />the proposed revised Map 2.05.4-5 and the acreage shown on the legend of propose revised <br />Map 2.05.4-5, several discrepancies were observed.
