The letter indicates this is a five <br /> day extension, but as stated in the Division's August 26, 2016 approval of the second <br /> extension request, October 15 is a Saturday and a non-working day, therefore the <br /> decision date was extended to the first working day afterwards which is October 17, <br /> 2016.
