Our response to your bulleted items is given below. DRMS Comment 1: Deer Pond's release was not discussed within the SL -17 application, this will need to be added, including a discussion of the drainage area from which Deer Pond would receive water. Trapper Response: Enclosed SL -17 application page 7 under Section 4.1 Permanent Hydrologic Features includes a new paragraph titled Sediment Control Ponds that discusses Deer Pond retention as requested. With the addition of the new paragraph Included on page 7, enclosed text pages 9 and 10 and TOC page i were reformatted to accommodate the additional narrative. DRMS Comment 2: An unidentified well was present in D -C-04. Further information will need to be provided on this well prior to the release of this parcel. Trapper Response: The subject unidentified well will be included as part of Trapper's future ash well monitoring network. The inclusion of this well is addressed with recently submitted revision MR -223. DRMS Comment 3: Parcel A -C-04, 1.8 acre parcel, was mostly covered in noxious weeds, was discussed with OSM and CO State Land Board representatives present to be withheld from Phase III release. Trapper Response: The SL -17 application Parcel A -C-04 included two distinct sub parcels with of 3.4 acres and 1.8 acres, respectively. Enclosed SL -17 Map 1 has been revised to make the former sub parcels into distinct parcels: Parcel A -C -04A (3.4 acres) and Parcel A -C-0413 (1.8 acres). A -C -04A will continue to be included in the SL -17 application, A -C-0413 is excluded. As a result of the exclusion of A -C -04B, total acreage adjustments of the SL -17 application were made to enclosed pages 1 and 3 (Table 2.1-1).
