Dear Mr. Musick:
On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL), enclosed is a minor revision application to add a new
temporary culvert "T -F6", which will be located near the second bench of gob pile #2, in Ditch
F4. The design flow rate for Ditch F4 is 39.22 cfs. With one foot of cover over the pipe, a 36"
culvert will pass the design flowrate.
Enclosed are pages App. B-2, 102, and a reclamation estimate.
