The revision was submitted by Bowie Resources, LLC. All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />TR-108 proposes to remove the permitted gob vent boreholes (GVB) 19A, 19B, 19C and the <br />associated disturbances associated with the operation and reclamation of the construction of the <br />GVBs. GVB 19A, 19B, and 19C were not constructed and no disturbances associated with the <br />GVBs was conducted. The proposed removal of the GVBs will constitute a reduction of the bond <br />liability associated with the GVBs. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance <br />outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately 5 miles Northeast of <br />Paonia, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, and 22, Township 13 South, Range 91 West <br />of the 6th P.M. Portions of Sections 33 and 34, Township 12 South, Range 91 West of the 6th <br />P.M. <br />
