Lembke: <br /> On August 22, 2016,the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession <br /> of operators from Gilcrest Reservoir, L.L.C. to Scout Investments, L.L.C. for this operation. <br /> Scout Investments, L.L.C. is now the permitted operator of the S & H Mine, and as such, is <br /> responsible for all provisions in M-2000-158, as well as those specified in the Rules and <br /> Regulations. Gilcrest Reservoir, L.L.C. is relieved of all responsibilities concerning this <br /> operation. <br /> The following stipulations for approval of this transfer are: <br /> 1. The Operator shall not conduct any mining operation or affect any land within 200 feet <br /> of any structure until a structure agreement is in place or an engineer can certify that the <br /> modified mining effort will not impact the structures. <br /> 2. Upon transfer of this permit,the Operator will work diligently to submit an amendment <br /> to the current plan which may include a revision to the disturbance area, elimination of <br /> the need for certain structure agreements, and revisions to permit boundaries and <br /> reclamation plans. <br /> Please Note: <br /> 1. All of the application materials, as amended and supplemented, are in integral part of your <br /> permit. They have been incorporated into the permit by reference.
