Lembke: On August 22, 2016,the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession of operators from Gilcrest Reservoir, L.L.C. to Scout Investments, L.L.C. for this operation. Scout Investments, L.L.C. is now the permitted operator of the S & H Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-2000-158, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. Gilcrest Reservoir, L.L.C. is relieved of all responsibilities concerning this operation. The following stipulations for approval of this transfer are: 1. The Operator shall not conduct any mining operation or affect any land within 200 feet of any structure until a structure agreement is in place or an engineer can certify that the modified mining effort will not impact the structures. 2. Upon transfer of this permit,the Operator will work diligently to submit an amendment to the current plan which may include a revision to the disturbance area, elimination of the need for certain structure agreements, and revisions to permit boundaries and reclamation plans. Please Note: 1. All of the application materials, as amended and supplemented, are in integral part of your permit. They have been incorporated into the permit by reference. We presume that you have a copy of all of these materials;therefore, none have been enclosed with this mailing.
