("PDC") received correspondence from LG Everist, Inc. ("Applicant") pursuant to
the Colorado Department of Natural Resources MLR law in relation to the noted permit#M-2001-017,
correspondence is enclosed for reference. PDC operates the following wells and associated
facilities/flow lines in the referenced lands above:
• Coors Fee 12-6 API#0512319610
• Coors V 6-5 API#0512317251
• Coors V 6-6 API#0512317243
• Coors Fee 2-6 API#0512311060
The correspondence requests PDC's consent to the proposed operations under the permit and
agreement to reimburse PDC for any damage done to structure(s) as a result of the operation. PDC has
been in contact with the Applicant in an effort to best understand their proposed operations under this
permit and how they related to PDC's existing operations, infrastructure, and future operations. PDC
does not consent to the proposed operation as applied for in the permit #M-2001-017 due to serious
concerns related to PDC's existing operations including but not limited to:
Flow Lines:
• Structural integrity/water exposure after reclamation by the Applicant.
• Access to flow lines for repairs, either standard operational work or emergency work during
mining or post-reclamation.
• Structural integrity of surrounding soil to support trucks/work equipment should PDC need
to access lines that are surrounded by mining or water after reclamation.
• Increased environmental risks/exposure due to lack of access to flow lines for monitoring or
repair—especially post-reclaim with water present in the area.
