Specifically, DRMS states that it observed gray staining on the sides of the <br /> leach tank as well as evidence of splatter on the entire height of the adjacent building, which is <br /> approximately thirty feet tall. The MLRB imposed a corrective action to address enhancements <br /> to the primary containment and enhancements to capacity and maintenance of the secondary <br /> containment with a clean-out schedule. <br />
