The Teller County Planning Department has completed its review of the Department of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety(DBMS)required Technical Revision (TR-78-corrected)to <br /> address changes to the Squaw Gulch Valley Leach Facility(SGVLF) Design and Construction <br /> Specifications(Specifications). Planning Staff has also reviewed the Construction Specific <br /> changes for any Teller County impacts. <br /> 2. Teller County understands that the submitted TR-78—corrected is required by the Colorado <br /> Department of Reclamation, Mining,Safety(DRMS)to address changes proposed by Newmont <br /> due to the proposed installation of power in place of the existing generator-run system. <br /> 3.
