The submission should have been called TR#78 and is updated on this <br /> cover letter and the TR Form. It was also our intent to include two actions under one Technical <br /> Revision and we inadvertently left off the Construction Specification changes on the TR Form. <br /> We have updated the TR Form to reflect both the SGVLF Construction Specification changes <br /> and the HGM Grizzly/Conveyor power upgrade. <br /> Please accept this submission of Technical Revision(TR)to the Cresson Reclamation Protection <br /> Plan. The revision is submitted to address changes to the Squaw Gulch Valley Leach Facility <br /> (SGVLF)Design and Construction Specifications (Specifications). On June 8, 2016,Newmont <br /> and its representatives met with DRMS to discuss the Specifications and each concurred on the <br /> changes. To minimize the number of submissions,DRMS suggested that we combine TR's, <br /> therefore we are also submitting changes to the High Grade Mill(HGM) Grizzly and Conveyor. <br /> The updated construction Specifications are attached to this submission and do not result in any <br /> increase to the Warranty Estimate. <br /> At the HGM Grizzly and Conveyor, power will be installed replacing the existing generator-run <br /> system. Attached are two drawings depicting the proposed project. Drawing 1 is an image that <br /> depicts the location of the buried powerline and Drawing 2, by Green Electric depicts the new <br /> concrete pad rack for equipment and the three new 25 foot wooden utility poles with lights <br />
